The technical team at Thermaglow have a wealth of experience in the design and application of heating elements for domestic, commercial and industrial installations.
We welcome enquiries at the early stage of project design so we can work in partnership with our customers to provide the most cost effective solution. The involvement and understanding of all parties is vital to form the foundations for successful manufacture and process innovation.
Quality Control
Having recognised that quality products and processes depend on quality suppliers, Thermaglow continually monitor not only our own performance but also that of our suppliers. All Thermaglow personnel are committed to the adherence to a quality control system, which in itself, is under constant review.
Maintenance
From daily checks, through to weekly adjustments and periodic overhauls, all routine maintenance is carried out by our own team of technicians ensuring consistency of all the products we produce.
Our process control begins with the documentation, producing CAD drawings and documented operating procedures that link in with staff training plans.
To support our experienced operators we have a planned maintenance program for all of our machines to ensure optimum performance.
We have our own tooling workshop where precision jigs and fixtures are produced to ensure accuracy and consistency of all our element assemblies.
